Here’s good news to cheer about from Big Canoe located in one of the most affordable mountain towns near Atlanta. Big Canoe real estate sales are up 42% over 2016, which was the community’s best year since 2006. Resale home transactions are up 25% over 2016, which was the community’s best year in history for home resales. Developer lots, preferred builder homes, preferred builder home sites, and resale homesites sales are all up from 2016.
