Everyone knows that Big Canoe is a wonderful place to live. With its stunning landscapes, rolling mountains, crystal lakes, abundance of wildlife, friendly neighbors, and fun selection of premium amenities, the community is famed as a destination to unwind and get away from the stresses of everyday life. But no matter how fabulous, nothing is perfect—and the Property Owners Association (POA) is here to help.
POA Board meetings allow property owners to stay up to date on relevant issues, with topics including proposed covenant changes, Clubhouse management, and other items that affect the community. The POA also issues surveys for anonymous feedback. The 2017 Big Canoe Property Owner Satisfaction Survey, issued on May 22, asked for opinions about the Clubhouse dining and drinking experience, customer satisfaction at the Racquet Club, Swim Club, Marina, Wildcat Pools, and other amenities. In addition to ranking all aspects of the amenities on a scale from “Satisfied” to “Unsatisfied,” the survey invited property owners to give detailed suggestions and constructive criticism as a way to identify specific concerns about each facility.
The POA works hard to ensure that every voice is heard and every concern addressed promptly and expertly. Our community relies on the efforts and participation of each property owner to help make it such a welcoming retreat. The POA appreciates the feedback and encourages property owners to share thoughts, opinions and ideas, whether via future surveys or in person.
